In addition to his real estate ventures, David owns and operates a successful IT company and internet service provider serving the Winchester, Virginia area.

He holds both an associate’s and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is completing his Master of Business Administration at Liberty University in the fall of 2025.

An Eagle Scout himself, David exemplifies the values of leadership, service, and integrity in both his professional and personal life.

David has been married for 25 years and is the proud father of four sons, ranging in age from 19 to 33 — all graduates or soon-to-be graduates of Liberty University — three of whom are also Eagle Scouts.
