Get Interested in Your Customers

Do you know…???

  • What your customers value?
  • Your customers demographics?
  • Your customers age?
  • Your customers gender?
  • When the last time they purchased something from you was?
  • How often they buy?
  • What their other buying habits are?
  • How to reach them?
  • What social media platforms your clients use?
  • What they spend on average?
  • When their special occasion dates are? (Birthday / Anniversary)
  • What their favorite products or services are?
  • What competitors they may be shopping at in addition to your business?

Okay, so don’t be intrusive. Be interested.

Interested in serving your clients. Interested in meeting their needs. Interested in exceeding their expectations. The only way to do all of those things is to know your clients! 

 

You would never give a gift to a friend without first knowing what they might enjoy.

So why would you continue to try to give a product or service to someone you know little, if anything, about? 

It’s time to get interested in your customers!

 

You can gather all of this information in a simple survey or with simple one question ad ons with each sale. 

 

Here’s another little bonus! Position the customers that you’re asking because you’re interested in them. 

 

“Hey John,

We want to meet your ________ needs. We want to exceed your expectations! Will you help us do that by answering a few questions so that we can get to know you better and serve you in the best way we can? “
