I’ve now attended two of Crystel Smith’s lunch and learns through Crystel Clear Business Strategies, and I can honestly say I’ve gained more practical, actionable knowledge from her than I have from any marketing advisor, fellow business owner—or even the endless stream of TikTok business advice.

Crystel has a unique ability to take complex concepts and break them down in a way that’s both easy to understand and immediately applicable. Her sessions are packed with real strategies you can implement right away, not fluff or recycled content.

We’re not even official clients (yet), but the value she’s already provided has outpaced what I’ve gotten from people paid to help grow our business. If you’re a business owner looking for direction, clarity, or just a fresh perspective that actually works, I cannot recommend Crystel highly enough.

CCBS Business Coaching provides amazing multi-spectrum and in-depth business knowledge with smart tools that can help scale a small business and develop systems to help the owners avoid wearing too many hats. As a small business owner, most of the time I was shooting from the hip; but Crystel’s comprehensive program provides guidance, accountability and enables the business owner to get birds-eye view of their entire business rather than flailing in the weeds! A business coach from CCBS also provides a sincere friend with heart felt encouragement cheering you on while helping you to avoid pitfalls. Recently, CCBS had their quarterly high energy “Business Owners” training session that was filled with all kinds of information you would never have access too if your working in your business rather than on your business! We also had the opportunity to meet other business owners and networking with people who share similar experiences is invaluable. It’s been one entire year since we started CCBS Coaching Program and are happy to report that we enjoy the value of each weekly session and are happy to learn as we grow!
